Painting and photography, listening to music, sculpting, sewing... These are all things that are good for your health? I could have told ya so a long time ago! 'Cause guess who has super low blood pressure? Yours truly! I think the key is doing what I love, being creative, making time for friends and family, and laughing a lot. If you want an expert opinion, read this article from NPR. Although I'm not sure why they chose a red photo, since red raises your blood pressure. ;-)
