Visiting Professional Photographer Natalie Beck!

Photo I and Photo II students enjoyed a visit from local professional photographer and woman entrepreneur, Natalie Beck. Students learned a bit about the history of portrait photographer, information on how to conduct a photography business, lighting techniques and posing ideas. Natalie discussed light, locations, they psychology of taking portraits (a natural smile is important!), and capturing the personality and identity of subjects. Then students got to put it in practice outside on a beautiful autumn day. Thank you, Natalie, for visiting our classroom!
